Mental health is a growing concern within the workplace. When employees suffer from poor mental health it has a negative impact not only on that individual’s workload but on the morale and overall wellbeing of all the staff. This can be a costly predicament resulting in increased sick days, deadlines being missed, poor quality work being produced, and a breakdown in communication between staff and different departments, and also with clients.
